PENGUIN SNOWSTORM Quilt Pattern

I first made this frosty quilt for my Grand-daughter Mia.  Later when I made myself a copy.  I bravely painted it.  It was soooo easy.  I used Tsukineko inks to paint the penguins after I quilted it with our Penguins on Parade Pictogram.  It was like coloring in a coloring book!
