Growing up in California our next-door neighbor grew Calla Lilies. When I stepped out the back door each day I enjoyed their beautiful white blooms. At Easter time we would crush colored chalks and gently rub the powder inside the blooms to create colorful pastel bouquets.
This 11″ border brings back a flood of memories. See ideas for whole-cloth quilting in our Floral Layout.
