This pattern is 11″ wide with no repeats.
It has 4 panels of 3′ each and includes a garden of pumpkins sprinkled with corn, cats, and mice.
I’ve attached a bright quilt which actually shows the 11″ version of Pumpkin Patch around the edge and the Pumpkin Patch 8″ version in the center. In the small green border you can see the “mouse sashing” that comes with the 8″ pattern. All over the quilt I’ve included appliques done right into the pantograph with our unique top-lique method. Now that you know, see how the cat and pumpkin are actually part of the pantograph stitching.
Helen Baczynski won a blue ribbon with Pumpkin Patch. She’s such a creative quilter! Also, years ago we did a “Fall” row by row exchange in our guild. See how Angela quilted it with the Pumpkin Patch pattern.
The Pumpkin Kaleidoscope Wall-hanging Quilt pattern comes with four sections of the 11″ pattern. See it in the Odds and Ends Section.
BONUS RECIPE -Pumpkin Streusel Breakfast Cake
I’ve been saving my original recipes for a book, but I never seem to have time to make the quilts to go with them. So I’ve decided to share a few with you. Try this delicious cake for your next brunch. If you can’t get it from this page, go to my Judy Meadowlyon Facebook page.
Darlene Collins –
Is the Pumpkin Patch pattern digitized?
Pumpkin Patch is digitized. Almost all of our patterns are! Our computerized patterns are available through LegacyQuilting.com.
On the MeadowLyon Home page near the bottoms is a link that will take you to our digitized patterns.
Here’s a link so you can go straight to “Pumpkin Patch” and it’s varieties. Are you aware there is a sale on our digitized patterns? Let me know if you need the code.
Also, this little mouse was included on the paper panto version. You may like it with your Pumpkin Patch set.
I’m glad you like it. Did you see the quilt made with it on our website?
Happy Quilting, Judy Lyon
