Maori Mokos are the bold swirling face tatoos and painting of New Zealand’s Maori people.  I love studying about cultures and these images have fascinated me since my early interest in the National Geographic.

The softer geometric look this pattern creates will be perfect for many quilts that you were unable to find a stitching pattern for in the past.  The roll includes 2 border patterns, both with corners if you choose.  The 8″ x 11′  Maori Moko Border can also be stitched “Edge to Edge.”    “Maori Collar” is a smaller 2.5″ border.
