Other patterns shown in the layout possibilities can be purchased separately if you like. They are:
Red, Red Rose 8” border, Floribunda Bouquet 11” or 15”, Wedding Day 11” pictogram, Little Ferns 4” border, Fiddle Ferns 11” panto. I’ve also incuded a sheet with sizes and options required for various size quilts.
Let me tell you about the Golden Wedding quilt. As I drew and planned these patterns I imagined a beautiful white wholecloth quilt stitched in gold. I bought White cotton sateen and went looking for a gold color for the back. That was hard to find. I finally settled on a gold shantung. When I got home and spread the shantung on the rollers of my machine, it reminded me of my mother’s old drapes from the 70’s! Horrors! I couldn’t put THAT on the back of my beautiful quilt. I noticed that the fabric was satin-y on the wrong side and determined to use that side. To make the gold thread more prominent on the white fabric, I ran 2 threads through the needle at the same time – a gold metallic and a gold colored cotton/poly. (I often do that when I use metallics for more pronounced color.) When I finished quilting it the white side was lovely, but the shiny gold side was Spectacular! It became the “Right” side of the quilt! My friend Mildred quilted up a little pillow to match with the “corner”of Wedding Bell Swag.
Leonie Gittins –
I would like the floral wedding set if it comes in digital format. I have Compuquilter but can convert most formats with Pro-Q Designer.
I do not want it if it is a paper pattern.
thank you
Leonie

Hi Leonie,
Everything except the Wedding Bell Swag is available in digital format for any system. They are sold through Legacyquilting.com. On our home page there is a link for “digitized patterns” and it will take you to Judy Lyon patterns on the legacy site. Unfortunately, you will have to buy them separately there as they are not available in the set.
I hope you’ll get them anyway because they are beautiful patterns.
Happy Quilting, Judy
